Great location near the old town, easy to explore the area, helpful staff, lovely bright double room, and excellent service provided here.

Good-sized units for the size bed. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set available. Nice location in the very very nice area, short walk to the Christmas markets and a quiet central area, 5 minutes walk from Altstadt. And not too far from Goethe Museum...

We had a great stay in a stylish king room with a beautiful city view during a business trip, and the hotel's location near the city center was fantastic.

I would definitely recommend this property. Modern hotel, it offers GREAT services and handy location just off a quiet central area, 5 minutes walk from Altstadt and Duesseldorf in the future. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet.

Everything just worked without lots of discussion, booked the ticket online, came there and everything was ready, same for checkout :)

This place is not a hotel, they rent out an apartment that is far from the hotel and call it a hotel room - there is no phone in the room to call the reception - so if you want to find out until when the breakfast is served, you have to walk 300 mts to ask the reception - on the website, they tell you that internet is free - but only in the hotel, not in this apartment - so, they are really lying to you, when they say on their website that internet is available everywhere - also, they treat you very oddly if they notice that you have booked from Booked.net. Also, the people in the breakfast room, they look and talk angry if you want a warmer boiled egg - they want you to have the cold egg.... In all, its a terrible place to go, and I would not suggest it to my worst enemy!

The small double room was complete with a lovely hot powerful shower, a nice modern bathroom, and a comfortable chair.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, and good location one block away from a park and a short walk to the Altstadt and the Rhine. Would definitely stay here again!

The seal on the shower door wasn't quite tight, so we did flood the bathroom a bit. This may have just been in our room, though.

The friendliness of all the staff expecially at the reception desk. The hotel was modern and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was excellent.

it was in an ideal location nice and quiet area and easy to reach central Dusseldorf. Room was lovely lots of room and a big bathroom. Breakfast was yummy and a great start to the day.
